Entry fees for this tournament are: $550.00 for U9, U10 and $575.00 for U11 - U18 (Both Formats).

During late registration we only accept payments via paypla or credit card via paypal.

There is an additional fee of 3% to pay online via Credit Card or Paypal. If you select this option you will be prompted for payment, after payment is made you will be returned to this application for process completion. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eCheck and Paypal.

GYSC Credit Voucher Information

The 2009 Battlefield Blast Tournament was shortened due to rain. All teams participating in that tournament were issued a $50 voucher for any 2010 Gettysburg Tournament. If you have a voucher and would like to use the $50 credit, please select that option from the following drop down. Vouchers are only valid for the 2010 calendar year.

In order to complete the application process and receive credit, the paper voucher must be mailed to our office along with the, signed application confirmation page (Step 3 of the registration process) to:

The Official Deadline has passed. We are now opening late registration to fill out brackets on a first come first serve basis.

I understand that my application is incomplete and considered null and void until full payment is received in the GYSC office. Upon completion of the online application process teams will receive a confirmation number. This confirmation number is not considered acceptance into the tournament, it is simply a number given to teams that have completed the online application process. The date fees are received in the GYSC office is the official date of entry into the tournament. Once the fees are received in the GYSC Office, I will receive email confirmation of receipt of payment. This confirmation of receipt of payment is not considered acceptance into the tournament. Official acceptance into the tournament will be sent on or before July 20th, 2010.

The tournament committee reserves the right to combine or eliminate age groups and/or divisions, and move teams up to the next age group and/or division dependent upon number of applicants.

Fees and applications must be received in our office by July 17th, 2010. Faxed copies and payment online via credit card are acceptable.

I understand that if my team is not accepted, the entry fee will be returned in full.

I understand that withdrawing my team from the tournament must be done in writing and received in our office on or before July 17th, 2010 to be eligible for a refund. I further understand that withdrawing my team after the tournament entry deadline date (July 17th, 2010) may result in the forfeit of some or all of the tournament entry fee.

In the event of bad weather shortening or canceling this event, entry fees may not be returned.
