To Obtain a Permission to Travel Form: If your team is from OUTSIDE Region 1, you will need to provide us with a state approved Permission to Travel Form. In order to obtain this form, you will need a copy of The Gettysburg Youth Soccer Club's Permission to Host Form. (listed below)
