This package Includes:

• Rooms for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday Night) at Gettysburg College. All Rooms are Air Conditioned.
• One Short Sleeve Tournament T-Shirt per Bed.
• All Rooms are equipped with 2 beds per room.
• An all-you-can-eat Saturday Night Buffet ticket is included with each bed and will be held at the Gettysburg Firehall. (Directions to Firehall: 35 N. Stratton Street, Gettyburg PA)

The package Rate is: $100.00 per/person

Reservations forms and payments must be received no later then May 12th, 2008.

We will supply linens for each bed reserved. (Blanket, Towel, Pillow, Pillow Case, Washcloth, Sheets per bed.) All Rooms are equipped with 2 beds per room, we block enough rooms to accommodate the beds needed, it is your responsibility to divide them any way you wish. Special requests are not guaranteed. Children 4 & under stay free provided they bring a sleeping bag and do not require a bed.

Approximately 2-3 weeks before the tournament you will receive an email with your room assignments, specifying exactly how many rooms you have and the number of beds per room.

Keys are given to each team coach or representative at registration Friday Night.

A security deposit of $70.00 is required at the time of key pickup and is payable by cash/personal check. All keys must be returned together on Sunday afternoon in order to receive your deposit back. There is a $70.00 fee for any key lost.
